FFGR (Required Growth Rate): Solved via RATE(years × 12, −monthly surplus [level nominal], 0, End Point Goal) × 12. Level contributions for a conservative, honest hurdle (the bar you must clear).

IGR (Your Active Income Growth Rate): The % annual growth in your surplus via skill, offers, business systems, and Rainmakers Canvas. This is applied in projections (not the hurdle) — the primary Dreyer lever that makes real freedom dramatically more achievable than passive assumptions.

Property Path: Capital = Annual Income ÷ Effective Cap Rate (Cap × (1 − 0.25 × your tax rate)). 25% tax drag models real advantages. Projections use cumulative deployment + your IGR.
